The purpose of this document is to provide guidelines for writing effective support letters. The information in this guide is based on an analysis of the extent to which the strength or weakness of letters of support impacts the results of the peer review of integrated knowledge translation.The examples below are based on real research projects and are intended to illustrate how each detail could be conveyed in a letter of support.Each example below is written as if the writer was addressing the Nominated Principal Applicant.
